Efficient staff, clean rooms, good location, comfortable stay.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The staff were friendly and helpful in accommodating our requests. The hotel is conveniently located near public transport and local attractions. the hotel offered a complimentary breakfast which was a nice touch.

The cleanliness of the room was subpar, as we had to ask for pillowcases to be changed and for the room to be cleaned before checking in. We were charged extra for an early check-in and there was no hot water for a shower.

The staff did make an effort to accommodate our needs and requests. the hotel's location provided easy access to nearby attractions. the room's interior design visually appealed to us and provided a romantic atmosphere.

Our experience at the hotel was far from satisfactory. the room was not clean, and we had to ask for it to be cleaned multiple times.

They were always available to answer any questions I had and provide me with tips on transportation and local attractions. the hotel facilities were great, providing me with everything I needed for an enjoyable stay. I was kinda surprised by how clean everything was, and they offered a great breakfast selection.

The staff at Oyo 64671 Royal Aqua were very helpful and accommodating. I appreciated their efforts to make adjustments when necessary. The location of the hotel was convenient for my needs.
